Privacy policy

1. Who we are

Anže Kos, trading as WeSolveFast, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Correspondence address: Kašeljska cesta 77, 1260 Ljubljana-Polje, Slovenia. Contact: [email protected].

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer, and are not required to under Article 37 GDPR. There is no registration number to quote — registration of filing systems in Slovenia was abolished when GDPR took effect.

2. What we collect

2.1 Information you give us

When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect:

• Your name (required)
• Your email address (required)
• Your business name (optional)
• Your phone number (optional)
• What you need — website, AI solution, both, or not sure (optional)
• The content of your message (required)

We also collect anything else you choose to send us by email or during a project.

2.2 Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider records standard server and edge-network logs, which may include IP address, user agent, requested URL and timestamp. These are used for security, abuse prevention and diagnostics.

Analytics: we do not use analytics. There is no measurement script of any kind on this site, so no analytics data exists to leave the EEA.

2.3 Cookies

This website sets no cookies at all. It also writes nothing to localStorage, sessionStorage or IndexedDB, registers no service worker, and loads no third-party scripts, fonts or images — verified 3 August 2026. That is why you were never asked for cookie consent: there is nothing to consent to. If we ever add analytics or advertising tags, a consent banner meeting the ePrivacy Directive as implemented by the Slovenian ZEKom-2 will be added and this section replaced with a full cookie table.

3. Why we use it, and our lawful basis

• To reply to your enquiry. Lawful basis: legitimate interests — responding to someone who contacted us about our services; or steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
• To deliver services you have engaged us for. Lawful basis: performance of a contract.
• To keep records for accounting and tax. Lawful basis: legal obligation.
• To keep the site secure and working. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.

We do not use your contact-form details for marketing. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

4. Who processes it for us

We use a small number of third-party processors:

• Web3Forms — receives and forwards contact-form submissions to our inbox.
• Cloudflare — hosting, DNS and content delivery for this website.
• Zoho — our email provider, for receiving and storing correspondence.

Each processor operates under a contract requiring appropriate security and use of the data only on our instructions. We may also disclose data where required by law.

5. International transfers

Web3Forms and Cloudflare are based outside the EEA. Where personal data is transferred internationally we rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and, where the recipient is certified under it, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, together with any additional safeguards required. Details are available on request.

6. How long we keep it

• Enquiries that do not become projects: 12 months, then deleted.
• Client records and correspondence: for the duration of the engagement plus 5 years.
• Invoices and financial records: 10 years, as required by Slovenian tax law.
• Server logs: 30 days.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Have inaccurate data corrected.
• Have your data deleted.
• Restrict or object to processing, including processing based on legitimate interests.
• Receive your data in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent, where processing is based on consent.
• Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. We respond within one month, as Article 12(3) GDPR requires. You will not be charged, and we may ask you to verify your identity first.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec), ip-rs.si.

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiry data is limited to people who need it to reply to you or deliver your project. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk: HTTPS with HSTS enforced on every request, a strict Content-Security-Policy, two-factor authentication on every account that can reach client data, least-privilege access, and no tracking or cookies to leak in the first place.

9. Children

This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.

10. AI processing

Where a project involves AI tooling, describe here which provider is used, whether client or end-user data is sent to it, whether that provider trains on the data, and what retention applies: the provider, the data flow and the retention period are set out in that project's own agreement and data processing agreement before any data is sent. We do not send contact-form submissions from this website to any AI provider, and we do not use them to train models.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The “last updated” date at the top always reflects the current version. Material changes will be highlighted on this page for at least 30 days.
